The Silver Coin

 

Yesterday, mainlining my sugar via Red Vines kept the flow of words going as I hunkered down to complete the first chapter of book three in my Ancient Elements series, The Silver Coin. I’m excited to have accomplished the bulk of research for the final book, and to have posted a visual outline in my office that will help me steer my course.

Having primed my creative pump yesterday with red licorice, today I’m back to my fruit, veggies, and protein snacks as I take the bull by the horns for chapter two. Oh, did I just let the bovine out of the bag? Hmm, can you guess where book three takes place? Remember, it’s historical fiction in 1777 BC, and our characters have already been to Mesopotamia (The Bronze Dagger) and Egypt (The Alabaster Jar). Now they’re on their way to find Sam’s uncle, when suddenly, they are blown off course and land in ___________. (Stay tuned!)
