April 28 I visited classrooms at Union Middle School in San Jose. I loved being in the classroom again with students, talking about writing and answering their questions. Of course, as usual, they loved seeing the 3,000-year-old dagger up close!

On May 9, Rick Crawford and I shared our books with students at Morgan Hill Christian Assembly school. At the Morgan Hill event, the moms had a "tea" with their sons (although a few girls came). After the tea, Rick and I shared about writing, about our books, and then had a book signing. It was great being with the kids, and also interacting with the parents. We'd do it again in a heartbeat!
